Role Overview
Vital Technolabs is looking for a UI/UX Designer who can transform complex business requirements into intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.
You'll collaborate closely with developers, product stakeholders, and clients to create interfaces that are visually appealing, highly usable, and aligned with real business goals.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive web and mobile application interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct UX research and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system across projects
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience creating responsive web interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
